Walk into Their Pit

To Find the Lord's
Treasure

About Timothy J. McCollum II

Experience with
Mental Health

After fifteen years of battling panic attacks, paranoia, mania, and depression, Timothy learned that the only true solution to life’s chaos is Jesus. Medicine works wonders, and so does therapy. But nobody is as good as God. He's experienced God turn suicidal ideations into peace, hatred into love, and fear into faith. His struggles give insight into other's pain and suffering, which help to show Jesus' type of love. If you want to find God’s treasures in the darkest pits, you’re in the right place. Here, you’ll discover resources filled with inspiration, theology, and testimony — all meant to spark your hope and help you feel salvation’s reality.

His Story

Born in Raleigh, North Carolina, in 1991, Timothy has faced heartbreak, loss, and trauma. Diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder in 2011, he's walked through storms few will understand, but he's also seen God heal what many thought was incurable. Through faith, study, and surrender, God turned his pain into purpose. Today, God uses his writing to help others discover that same relief and renewal.
